In the Digital Filmmaking & Video Production BFA Degree program at The Art Institute of Tampa, a branch of Miami International University of Art & Design, you can learn the creative, technical, and managerial skills needed for working in filmmaking and video production. In creating everything from broadcast news to motion pictures, you will apply emerging digital production and video production techniques to the changing world of mass communication.
Your Digital Filmmaking & Video Production courses in Tampa will be hands-on from the start, building towards pieces you can share with employers and including opportunities to produce work for local organizations. In our Portfolio courses, you can refine your best work to create an impressive professional portfolio. You’ll even be challenged to create a film doing everything from planning to promotion, premiering the end result at a red-carpet event with friends and family.
You’ll be surrounded and inspired by other talented, creatively driven students in the Tampa area, home of the Tampa Film Institute and the annual Gasparilla International Film Festival.
